What steel standard and material grades do you use? ↓
We manufacture our heavy-duty carts and racks using Q235 and Q355 structural carbon steel, which correspond to ASTM A36 and ASTM A572 Grade 50 respectively. This ensures high yield strength, excellent weldability, and long-term durability in automotive assembly plants.
What is the maximum load capacity for your folding carts and racks? ↓
Our Custom Heavy-Duty Folding Carts are rated for loads up to 1,500 kg (3,300 lbs). The Auto Parts Storage Racks are engineered for static loads up to 2,000 kg (4,400 lbs) per rack and can be safely stacked up to 4 layers high under full capacity.
Do you offer non-standard custom design and sizing? ↓
Yes. Non-standard OEM/ODM customization is our core business. We build custom-fit dimensions, customized isolation liners (PE/rubber to prevent part scratching), directional caster lock positions, and safety colors based on your factory layouts.
Do you provide CAD engineering drawings before production? ↓
Absolutely. Once we receive your specification demands, our engineering team generates 2D blueprints and interactive 3D models (STEP, GLTF) within 24 to 48 hours. Production only starts after your team formally reviews and signs off on the designs.
What welding certifications and testing standards do you follow? ↓
All structures are built with high-strength full seam welding. Our welding operators are certified under AWS D1.1 (American Welding Society) and equivalent GB standards. We perform rigorous load stress tests and deflection analyses on prototypes before mass production.
What are the lead times for prototyping and mass shipping? ↓
Prototype manufacturing and testing take 7 to 10 days. Mass production typically requires 20 to 30 days depending on the quantity. We export globally, with sea freight shipping times ranging from 15 to 30 days to Central Asia and North American ports.
